18 of us stayed overnight in a hotel and left for the airport Tuesday early morning. We checked in and 17 of us have passports; the other one has a passport card. It’s totally unfair because someone else had to get them the wrong passport. So, only 17 of us went on the cruise.
Everyone had a blast. I took 430 pics; some from shopping, the ship, water, ice, land, sea, bears (fake), and comedy shows. I have posted most of the pics on Flickr.
As you get on Disney’s ship you first look at all the wonderful sites of the lobby. Staff call your name and tell you where your stateroom is located. The chipset stateroom is just big enough for two adults and two children. There are other staterooms that you can sit and look outside if you want to pay $100 a night. The ship has three pools, one adults, one family, and one kids and a eating places by all the pools. You can buy drinks also; I like the Strawberry Daiquiri without alcohol. The top deck is where you can see everything outside well. I could spend all day sit seeing in Alaska. There is lots of things to do and see; movies, musicals, bands, and many more. You can spend all day looking at all the landscapes, glaciers and ice burgs in Alaska. Being on the ship for me the last few days is like being on a lot of roller coasters. My stomach heart a little from all the good food. I just wanted to go home but who knows when I might get a chance to see some of Alaska again.
